We will meet near the Anne Frank House about 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. The exact location will be emailed to you and posted in the Grouped App a day or two prior to the event.

The meeting time and location will be posted in the Grouped App once we board the ship and meet with the staff to determine a convenient meeting location.

Please note that excursion purchases are non-refundable. Even if you do not plan to attend, we ask that you cancel your reservation so our team and excursion operators have an accurate guest count. Failure to cancel may delay the departure of an excursion while staff attempt to locate missing guests, impacting both the operation and the experience of other participants. prior to the tour start time.

Our Norwegian Fjords excursions are privately arranged exclusively for our group and are separate from the cruise line’s shore excursion program.

Because we contract these experiences in advance, guarantee space with our local partners, and often make pre-payments to secure preferred time slots and limited-capacity vehicles, all private excursions are non-refundable once reserved.
