Frequently Asked Questions

I have onboard credit with Celebrity, can I use that for JHT excursions? 
For our group excursions, Celebrity does not allow onboard credit to be used. 
How many tickets can I buy? 
You may reserve for up to four total guests, including yourself. All guests must be booked with John Heath Travel.
What information is needed to book the excursions? 
You will need each guests first and last name and their email address. Each guest must have their own unique email address. 
When will I receive my tickets for the excursions?
No paper tickets will be issued for this event. All event access will be added to your Private Event Pass, which you will receive in your JHT Welcome Packet.
  • If you are staying at the host hotel, you will receive your packet during the welcome packet pickup there.
  • If you are not staying at the host hotel, your packet will be distributed on the ship.
Additional details will be shared as the cruise date approaches.
If I see the same excursion on the Celebrity website, can I just book it there? 
Some of our excursions will have other departures available with Celebrity, but ours are private departures. If you book on the Celebrity website,  you will not be with the group.
When will I receive my confirmation? 
You will receive a confirmation email after you complete the order. 
What if an excursion is sold out?

I already booked an excursion with Celebrity, can I cancel that and book the group excursions?
Absolutely, Celebrity allows cancellation of non-group excursions until 48 hours prior to port arrival time. Once you cancel, they will refund the credit card used for the purchase. You can cancel at www.celebritycruises.com/booked
Is there going to be a second catamaran added?
Unfortunately, we were not able to secure an additional catamaran. 

Waitlist

I joined the waitlist, and I heard that more excursions opened up. When will I get an email? 
We have sent an email only to those guests that we are able to accommodate. If additional  spots become available, we will notify you via email.
I received an email about being cleared from the waitlist, but not all of the excursions I was waitlisted for are listed on the booking form.
We included all excursions that you are wait listed for, and that we have availability for. If additional spots open up for the other excursions, we will contact you. 
Why does the form I received not allow me to edit it?
We are clearing you for all excursions that you had waitlisted and that we have availability for. If you have additional excursions on the waitlist, if we have any spaces open, we will contact you. 
I have friends that are already booked on a specific excursion and I have been cleared from the waitlist. Will I be able to go with them? 

As long as your departure time is the same, we will do our best to put you on the same departure with them. When you check in for your excursion, be sure to go together with your friends.

If your departure time is different, which could be the case for the Bonaire Highlights or the Ship Tour, we will not be able to put you on the same excursion departure.
